“Life is incomplete without music” a simple but profound choice of words from a 16-year-old. Kayla Katelyn Cariaga known as Kayla C. fell in love with music from a very young age, inspired by family, friends, and culture, music was a natural magnet. By the age of 12, she wrote her first song and about a year later she released her very own self written and composed single, “Everything” on iTunes September of 2013, followed by her second single titled, “Snowflake” released on iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody and many other online music distributors in December of 2013. After the successful release and acceptance from fans she released her EP titled “Memories” via iTunes. In August of 2016, Kayla announced the release of her third single “Stars Around”. Each single was accompanied by music videos conceptualized by Kayla. She has since been approached and invited to perform at clubs in NYC, Houston TX, and venues outside of the US. Kayla remains humble and feels blessed to have been offered these incredible opportunities and is motivated to delivery music that touches the hearts of her fans.

"Just recently, a dear friend of ours passed away from lung cancer. I witnessed first hand the devastating affects it had on her family as well as her musical family. I hope that through my music, I can encourage people and fellow musicians to band together to help fund researchers find an alternative cure for cancer."
