Jason Patrick Tucker died of metastatic prostate cancer at the age of 48. Jason fervently wanted to leave behind a warning – a wake-up call – especially for younger men, about the dangers of early onset prostate cancer. Jason strongly believed that men need to learn about this deadly disease and take action to detect it to catch it early and get effective treatment so more lives can be saved. The Tuck Prostate Cancer Foundation helps to: 1) increase awareness of the threat of prostate cancer, especially to younger men, and stress the importance of baseline PSA testing and early treatment, and 2) support research efforts to find cures, particularly for metastatic prostate cancer, and to help families with cancer through animal connection and more. Restoration Farm supports and encourages local families who are dealing with cancer, by providing a peaceful place to relax and refresh.
